Creating a Direct Booking for Safari

This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a Direct Booking for a Safari, detailing each step involved in customizing your booking.

This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a Direct Booking for a Safari, detailing each step involved in customizing your booking.

  1. First, select the Date for the Safari to start.

Next, choose the Number of travelers and Rooms.

Then, select the Package you wish to use.


  1. You can see all the information about the Safari package, including the Description, Route, Timeline, and Accommodation.

On the side, you can view an overview of the Pricing.


  1. If you wish to edit the description of the package, you can do so here.

Once you are satisfied, click Next.


  1. You will then be redirected to the Day by Day Itinerary page, which encompasses everything included in the package.


  1. All items on the itinerary page can be modified to change images and text, if desired.

The next page allows you to specify what is and is not included in the booking.


  1. You can easily modify these options by clicking the Settings icon.

Additionally, you can drag and drop different features as needed.


  1. The next page provides Information beneficial for you and your client to know, such as Currency, Climate, etc.


  1. The penultimate page allows you to customize the details of the individual booking.

Here, you can change the Accommodation.


  1. You also have the option to select Optional Add-ons for your customers.

Pricing will automatically be adjusted to reflect any add-ons or adjustments you've made to the base package.


  1. When you are ready, click Complete.


  1. You will now see a page with a breakdown of the package, along with a section to input any Contact Details for your clients.

You can also add important information such as Dietary Requirements and Flight Times.


By following these steps, you will successfully create a Direct Booking for your Safari, allowing for a tailored experience for your clients.
