Upon selecting the balloon in Serengeti Central, you can choose to include it in your safari itinerary as an optional activity for the client.
For the morning safari, we will set the balloon experience as included, followed by conducting a full packed land safari in Serengeti on the next day.
Once the balloon activity has been selected in the system, we will proceed to Zanzibar, where we will explore the available experiences in Zanzibar North.
After reviewing the options, we will proceed to set them up accordingly.
On day eight, we will choose to enjoy a beach ride. On the last day, clients can opt for more than one activity.
On day nine, clients will have the opportunity to go for a beautiful butterfly encounter in Jozani Forest, which concludes the experiences scheduled for all destinations.
Next, we will click next to proceed to the transport section, where we will set up our transfers for the safari.
We will select the road transfer option and choose the safari vehicles for days one and two.
Next, we will move to the following destination and choose a road transfer for day three, having already chosen the vehicles for the previous days.
We will continue with the arrangements for days four and five.
We select safari vehicles since these will also be used for game drives.
For Serengeti, we will choose the transfer vehicle for both days six and seven.
On the last day, we will also choose an air transfer for a scheduled flight on day seven, departing from Serengeti Seronera to Zanzibar Airport.
We will select all available airlines for that day and also set up the necessary transfers in Zanzibar.
Clients will be picked up and taken around, with an option for island transfers for the remainder of their stay.
After clicks, we will proceed to the park fees section where we will set up all the fees required for the safari.
In Manyara, we will select the park fees according to the number of days and destinations included in the itinerary.
Next, we will visit Ngorongoro to click on the national park fees for the safari inside the crater.
We need to pay the crater fee and the entry permit fee alongside the concession fee for the experience.
Clients will also spend the night inside the national park, and we will select the park fees specifically for the fifth day.
This includes selecting the Serengeti concession fee and the conservation fee, as there are no additional fees associated with the activities planned in Serengeti.
The last step is to press next to view the costing on the top left, which summarizes all costs for the days spent from Arusha to Zanzibar.
This will give you a comprehensive overview of your total costing for the entire safari experience.
